We understand that things happen. Upon receiving your products, if you find the product quality or delivery is unsatisfactory, immediately contact the owner by phone or email. Through phone or email communication, a refund claim will be processed, which takes 1-2 business days. Payments will be refunded using the payment method that funded the purchase.
What is the shipping/delivery policy?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business. Shipping time is based on the distance from the shipping location (Baton Rouge, LA) AND shipping service selected.
